Shipping Policy

Shipping Rates:

Free Shipping on all US orders over $100.00. The total must be over $100.00 in products and does not include sales tax.
All orders under 100.00 will be charged a flat rate of $8.00. So fill the shopping cart!

Shipping Method:

Willow Run Crafts will use UPS or USPS, whichever is the best economically.

Shipping Hours:

Willow Run Crafts' business hours are Monday through Friday. Shipping is daily, though sometimes a day can be missed. We strive to get your package within 1-2 business days.

International Orders:

If you are an international customer, and would like to place an order, please contact us through our email, which is customerservice@willowruncrafts.com, or call us. You can find our international shipping policies under www.willowruncrafts.com/policies

Sales Tax:

Arizona Residents are subject to state sales tax. You will see the tax amount applied at checkout.

Shipping Tracking Number:

All US orders are shipped with a tracking number. You will receive an email when the label has been created with the tracking number included. Orders usually take 2-7 business days from date of shipping to arrive at your door.

Returns:

Returns are accepted up to 14 days after order has been delivered. Please let us know by email if you are going to return a product, so we know it is coming. A refund will be given through the same method that you paid. Customer will be responsible for return shipping fee.

Damaged or Defective Items:

If you receive an item that is damaged or defective, please write us an email, and we will work to fix the problem for you.
